This is not economically feasible at this time.
At this point in time it is mainly because it would be difficult. You would need a device that can go into space, land on something like an asteroid, mine heavy metals or any other desired material, and then make a return trip to the earth while it orbits the sun.

The mining of metals in space has solved earthly problems such as ecology, shortage of rare metals. But also any metal mining in space would hit Earth market prices.
