Yes, a progressive tax will be introduced

Russia is short of money. For 3 months, the budget deficit is equal to the annual one. The main reason for such a budget deficit is too small revenues from the sale of hydrocarbons.

President Vladimir Putin instructed to modernize the tax system and consolidate it in a new form. He talks about it as if the choice has already been made. The tax hike will hit the Russian economy hard, as it will be easier to import than to produce. It would be better to honestly say that the money is needed for the war, and after the war we will return everything to its place.

Putin believes that society will normally accept the change of the tax system

The budget is bursting at the seams, for 2 months the budget deficit is equal to the annual one. Why this will lead to a catastrophe for the population immediately after the elections.

After the amendments to the Constitution of Russia, the number of terms was reset. President Vladimir Putin has ensured that he can remain in power until 2036.

President Putin signed a law allowing him to run for two more presidential terms and rule Russia until 2036. The document was published on April 5, 2021 on the official portal of legal information and entered into force from the date of publication. Putin explained the changes in the constitution by the requirements of the time. In particular, the new basic law opened up the possibility of amending paragraph 5.1 of the law on presidential elections. Thus, the counter of Putin's presidential terms is canceled, and the main goal of the amendments is considered achieved.

Putin will win the election with 74.9% of the vote.

Putin has reset his presidential terms. He will be able to be elected two more times

Norfolk and Newport News

American nuclear aircraft carriers are rigidly tied to one place. These are Norfolk (Virginia), the largest naval base in the world, and Newport News (shipyard B with three giant slipways-one for construction and two for repair), on the other side of the Bay, where they are being built and seriously repaired.
